Diets and what does not seem to like me!
Ok as you know I started 2 days ago a "Low Carb Diet" The problem with this is i am no longer a meat eater. I may eat meat 10% of the time. The low carb diet consists of high intakes of protein. I do not think my body can take eating meat. I feel like i am so full of cement I cannot move. I finally this morning ate an organic apple. I feel we can all know how are bodies feel and I think I will try fish today and see if that is better for me. I know I can eat all fruits and vegetables, brown rice, beans, eggs, some dairy but not all as it seems to give me heart burn. So maybe just stay away from Sugar and flour? That may be the key factor. I just know I have gained weight and I do not like how I look or feel. I Know being over 50 now makes it harder to loose weight. Oh where is that easy way out? I do not see it. I am sure I will find my way. I did loose 1 pound in this endeavor. But feel like crap.
